Novoaltaisk – a child fell from the stairs into the flight between floors at a school. The incident was filmed by a CCTV camera, the footage is published by the local group “Barnaul Incident” on VKontakte. The recording shows how the child tries to ride along the railing of the stairs, but breaks down and falls down, landing on his back. According to community information, this happened on October 18. After the incident, law enforcement officers began an investigation, according to the website of the Altai Territory Prosecutor’s Office.
